Glenn Crum, President, Taft Construction Group

A proven construction management professional with over 25 years of experience, Glenn continues to deepen his expertise as demonstrated through the successful completion of master planned land development projects, single family residential construction and an extensive list of high quality multifamily communities including affordable, elderly, garden style, luxury and mixed use styles.  

As President of Taft Construction Group, Glenn oversees and is heavily involved in all aspects of the construction process, including but not limited to, pre-construction activities, development assistance, estimating and budgeting, staffing, project management and warranty management.

Before joining TCG, he built and managed regional contracting teams for Pirhl and Mid Atlantic Green Builders, Centurion, Crosland, HH Hunt and South Atlantic Construction.  Glenn multifamily experience includes over 6,000 units at a value of more than $600 Million.

Having predominately worked with companies that develop, build and manage their own properties, Glenn prides himself on understanding the needs of the marketplace and bridging the gaps between construction, development, management and sales. He believes it is vital to understand the owner’s vision and needs and to build with high quality standards, a product that will insure a sustainable end product.
