Taft-Mills Group would like to thank Congressman David Price and his staff for visiting our Crenshaw Trace community this week. Crenshaw Trace is a 68-unit age-restricted (55+) affordable housing community located in Wake Forest, NC. In addition to Congressman Price, representatives from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and Excel Property Management joined the tour.
